Welcome to Bet Comrade! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our application.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bet Comrade application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.

2. Description of Service

Bet Comrade is a social betting application that provides users with:

  • A platform to place virtual bets using virtual currency (coins)

  • Access to verified predictions from other users

  • Team and league statistics

  • AI-powered match predictions and analysis

  • Live scores and match information

  • Social features including following other users and copying bets

 

IMPORTANT: Bet Comrade is NOT a betting company or gambling operator. We do not accept real money bets, and our virtual betting system is for entertainment, educational, and social purposes only. Users must place actual bets with licensed betting operators if they choose to do so.

Responsible Gaming: We promote responsible gaming. If you choose to gamble with real money at licensed operators, please do so responsibly and within your means. Gambling should be entertaining, not a way to make money. If gambling is negatively affecting your life, please seek help (see Section 17 for resources).

3. Eligibility

To use Bet Comrade, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

  • Not be prohibited by any applicable law from using betting-related services

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Registration

  • You must create an account to access certain features of the application

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4.2 Account Security

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

  • You may not transfer or share your account with others

5. Virtual Currency System

 

5.1 Coins

  • Coins are the virtual currency used for placing virtual bets in the application

  • Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Coins can be earned through:

  • Your betting performance within the app

  • Completing missions and daily quests

  • The cashier section (via payment or promotional offers)

  • Any purchase of coins is final and non-refundable

 

5.2 Points

  • Points are the scoring system used to rank users on leaderboards

  • Points are calculated based on betting rhythm, winning coupons, and performance

  • Points cannot be purchased and are earned solely through in-app performance

  • The application is designed to be fair and not "pay-to-win"

 

5.3 Virtual Betting

  • All bets placed within Bet Comrade are virtual and for entertainment purposes only

  • Virtual bets do not constitute real gambling or wagering

  • Virtual betting results do not represent actual financial gain or loss

 

5.4 Subscriptions

  • Bet Comrade offers weekly and monthly subscription plans that unlock premium features

  • Subscriptions may include access to AI Predictor for all matches, AI Overview & Prediction tools, and ad-free experience

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly or monthly depending on your chosen plan)

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period

  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing and features with advance notice

 

6. User-Generated Content

 

6.1 Your Content

By posting predictions, comments, or other content on Bet Comrade, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the application.

 

6.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or obscene

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others

  • Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • Promotes illegal betting or gambling activities

  • Harasses, threatens, or harms other users

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

6.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

 

7. AI Predictions and Statistical Data

 

7.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy

  • AI predictions, statistics, and match analysis are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any predictions or statistical data

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results

7.2 Not Financial or Betting Advice

  • Nothing on Bet Comrade constitutes professional betting advice or recommendations

  • Users should conduct their own research before placing any real bets with licensed operators

  • We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the app

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and designs of Bet Comrade are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

8.3 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the application

  • Use automated systems or bots to access the application

  • Use the application for commercial purposes without our written consent

9. Advertising and Monetization

9.1 In-App Advertising

Bet Comrade displays advertisements to support the free operation of the application. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Advertisements are displayed throughout the application

  • We use Appodeal, a third-party advertising mediation platform, to manage and deliver advertisements

  • Appodeal and its advertising partners may collect and use data about your device and app usage to provide personalized advertisements

  • The frequency, placement, and format of advertisements may change at any time

9.2 Ad-Free Experience

  • Users who purchase a subscription (weekly or monthly) will enjoy an ad-free experience

  • The ad-free benefit is active only during the subscription period

  • If your subscription expires or is cancelled, advertisements will resume

9.3 Third-Party Advertising Networks

  • Appodeal works with multiple third-party advertising networks to display ads. These networks may:

  • Collect information about your device, including device ID, IP address, and location data

  • Use cookies and similar tracking technologies

  • Display targeted advertisements based on your interests and behavior

  • Be subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service

9.4 Disclaimer for Advertising Content

We are not responsible for:

  • The content, accuracy, or quality of third-party advertisements

  • Products or services advertised by third parties

  • Any transactions you make with advertisers

9.5 Prohibited Advertising Interactions

You agree not to:

  • Click on advertisements fraudulently or repeatedly for any purpose

  • Use automated tools or bots to interact with advertisements

  • Attempt to manipulate or interfere with the advertising system

  • Encourage others to click on advertisements

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Bet Comrade may contain links to third-party betting operators, websites, or services. We are not responsible for:

  • The content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites

  • Any transactions you make with third-party betting operators

  • The privacy practices of external services

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Manipulate or exploit the virtual betting system

  • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages

  • Engage in cheating, hacking, or fraudulent activities

  • Steal, plagiarize, or claim as your own the predictions, content, or intellectual property of other users

  • Impersonate other users or entities

  • Use the application for money laundering or illegal activities

  • Spam, harass, or abuse other users

  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the application's security or functionality

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

12.1 "AS IS" Basis

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of profits, data, or use

Betting losses incurred with third-party operators

Reliance on predictions or statistical information

Unauthorized access to your account

12.3 Beta Version

The application is currently in beta. Features may change, and temporary disruptions may occur. We are not liable for any issues arising from beta functionality.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Bet Comrade is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the application, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Suspension and Termination

14.1 Our Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions

  • Fraudulent or illegal activity

  • Stealing, plagiarizing, or claiming other users' predictions or content as your own

  • Abuse of the application or other users

  • Any other reason at our sole discretion

Accounts found to be engaging in content theft or plagiarism will be permanently banned without warning.

14.2 Effect of Termination​

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the application will immediately cease

  • You will lose access to your account and any virtual currency

  • All licenses granted to you will be revoked

14.3 Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your account at any time using one of the following methods:

  • Delete Account in App: Go to "Edit Profile" in the app and select "Delete Account". This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.

  • Contact Us: Alternatively, you can contact us through the "Contact Us" section of the application.

When you delete your account:

  • All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 90 days

  • Your profile, predictions, bets, and all other content will be removed

  • This action is irreversible and cannot be undone

  • Some data may be retained in anonymized form for analytics purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted within the application. Your continued use of Bet Comrade after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the application shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiations between the parties

  2. If negotiations fail, through the competent courts of Athens, Greece

17. Miscellaneous

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bet Comrade.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer these terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms without restriction.

  • We reserve the right to verify age and request identification documents

  • Users who provide false age information will be permanently banned

  • Virtual Currency Only: All betting within Bet Comrade uses virtual currency with no real monetary value

  • Real Gambling Warning: If you choose to place real money bets with licensed betting operators based on insights from our app, please gamble responsibly
